Bhandardara Dam ( Wilson Dam) in Akole taluka has been built during British rule in India.Bhandardara Dam is the main water reserve for Akole taluka’s lifeline river Pravara.
Adhala Dam
Construction of Adhala Dam in Akole taluka is started in 1966. Adhala Dam build on river Adhala in Deothan village. Adhala Dam opened on 1976.
